The service

Ownly helps property owners organise financial information and estimate property performance. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for maintaining access to your account.

Financial information

Calculations and projections are estimates for informational purposes only. They are not financial, tax, legal or investment advice and do not guarantee future returns.

Trials and subscriptions

The Individual plan costs €9 per month and Portfolio costs €25 per month. You must create an account with Google or email before using Ownly. Your first subscription begins with a 7-day free trial after you add a payment method through Stripe. Creating an account alone does not start the trial or grant access to the dashboard. The trial is available once per account. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the selected monthly subscription begins and Stripe charges the saved card. You can cancel future renewals from the billing portal at any time.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation or use it in violation of applicable law.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Ownly reliable, but do not promise uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to fees paid for the service during the previous twelve months.
